40oz Sublimation Color Tumbler with Handle, Stainless Steel Straw and Brush

Sublimating Instructions:

Convection Oven Apply the sublimation transfer onto the tumbler surface using heat tape. For full wrap designs, make sure to pull the transfer tightly around the tumbler and tape it well along the seam and around the top and bottom. Ensure there are no air pockets. If the transfer does not fully cover the tumbler, use blowout/butcher paper to cover the entire surface.

Bake in a convection oven at 385-400°F for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway. Be careful not to let the tumbler touch a metal surface during baking to prevent the shrink wrap from melting.

Tumbler Press Press at 360°F for 50-60 seconds. Do not turn the tumbler in the press due to the handle brackets preventing rotation. If the design is darker, it may require a few additional seconds. Remove the transfer and allow it to cool.

Two Ways to Sublimate Your Tumbler: For Tumbler Press: Press at 356°F for 50 seconds. Do not turn the tumbler in the press (brackets for handle do not allow tumbler to be turned in the press.) If the design is darker, it may require a few additional seconds. For Convection Oven: Remove the handle before sublimating and apply shrink wrap using a heat gun to ensure a tight fit. Bake in a convection oven at approximately 356°F for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway.
